Tim Odle
n March of 1992, Tim Odle received his real estate license. Tim went to work for one of the largest CENTURY 21 real estate offices in the southwest. Early in 1997 the Designated Broker for the CENTURY 21 office asked Tim if he would take over as Property Manager, on a temporary basis, until a new Property Manager could be hired. 4 years later and still the temporary Property Manager, Tim decided to form his own property management and real estate sales company. Tim had also received his Broker’s license in 1998.
T&L Property Management & Sales was formed in March of 2001 with himself and one other Agent to handle Investment Sales. Since that time T&L has grown to 75 properties (residential) with 7 Sales Agents and one Property Manager in addition to himself.
T&L is not the biggest nor is it the smallest real estate company, but does provide a very one on one service to Sellers/Buyers and Landlord and Tenants. A large portion of the Property Management business comes from other Agents in the community referring business to T&L. We are known for our fair rates and attention to detail. This is important to the Agent since they are referring a client of theirs to us and the last thing they want is for us to leave a bad taste in the mouth of their client.
Andrea Carlson
or the last several years Andrea Carlson has been working in residential property management and sales. Andrea started her career in property management in the small town of Fountain Hills where she co-managed 300 properties consisting of condominiums, duplexes, and single family homes.
Andrea transitioned over to T&L Property Management & Sales to reach a large market. She feels that this company's values and ethics are the same as hers. Andrea is committed herself to open and honest communication and the highest quality of customer service. She is passionate about life and what she does.
Andrea continues her career in property management because of her love of people and problem solving. She gets to meet and work with many different people who are in need of either renting out there investment to realize a return, or potential tenants who are in need of a place to live.
